2023 Update: We no longer require patients to wear masks in our office, although we still strongly recommend them. Also, many of the suggestions in our previous policies listed below are still relevant to help us provide a safe space for everyone in our office. Thank you!

 2020-2022 COVID-19 Policies/Guidelines

  • We will wear face masks when we are with patients, and we [suggest] that patients also wear face masks while inside our office.
  • We will provide hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes, but please be sure to wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds before and after your treatment and remember to avoid touching your face entirely.
  • If you have a fever or any other cold or flu-like symptoms, please do not come in. We will be happy to help you reschedule later when it’s safe, and there will be no penalty for missed appointments.
  • If you come with a family member, friend, driver, etc., please ask them to wait in the car or somewhere else outside our building during your treatment (unless the person is required as a caregiver or interpretor). Since our waiting room is rather small, we have removed all guest chairs to encourage responsible social distancing.
  • If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 after visiting our office, or if you believe you have been exposed to someone who has COVID-19, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate actions.
  • In order to avoid having overlapping patients in the office area and to allow adequate time for cleaning and disinfecting between patients and at the end of the day, we have reduced the number of appointments offered per day and per week. This may make it less convenient to schedule easily. Thank you for understanding that this is a necessary precaution at this time.
  • Thank you for helping to create a safe and comfortable environment for everyone who visits us!
